We(NEWEX INTERNATIONAL CO., LTD) have our own factory, mainly produce air conditioner, condensing units, evaporator (air cooler), UVC air sterilizer kits, cold room door, and cold room insulation panel.

NEWEX was established in 2008, Guangzhou, China. Our company has more than 12 years of experience in HVAC/R field. We registered a Hong Kong Company in 2012 in order for expanding overseas market. Handling export business with HK Company, we are able to provide efficient orders and delivery services overseas. 

At the same time, we cooperate with more than 200 high cost-effective HVAC/R parts & tools factories in China to provide customers with one-stop solution service of HVAC/R products.

PHILEXI is a trademark and division of NEWEX INTERNATIONAL CO., LTD, NEWEX established in 2008, was created upon the concept of providing a new experience for global business. With attitude to be professional, NEWEX is now growing into a dedicated cold rooms, HVAC/R products and parts solution provider.

We can provide almost all HVAC/R related products. Due to the variety of products, it is impossible for us to list all the products on our website. If you find that the products you need are not on our website, you can contact us through the contact form of the website and tell us your requirements. We will help you find a cost-effective product suitable for you.

Payment<=5000USD, 100% in advance. Payment>5000USD, 30% T/T in advance ,balance before shippment.

So far, we only have our location in China, all products are shipped from China.

Sorry, our factory, as well as the cooperative factory, are regular manufacturers. We only provide new original products.

We are the professional company of one-stop solution service of HVAC/R products, selling high quality product with competitive price.

The validity period of quotation for different products is different. We will indicate the validity period of quotation when quoting.

The delivery time is based on stock availability of all part(s). But the delivery time of different products is also different. When we quote, we will indicate the delivery date of each product.

Shipping methods and costs depending on the characteristics and quantity of the products you purchase, and the location to which the products will be delivered. Usually, we have express delivery, air transportation and sea transportation for you to choose from.

Title and risk of loss will be passed on to purchaser on delivery to the common carrier. If product is damaged in transit, recipient must file claim with carrier NOT WITH NEWEX INTERNATIONAL CO., LTD.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an e-mail to the address you provided with the tracking number. You can check the progress of your product(s) all the way to your front door~! If you did not receive that kind of e-mail when you ordered, please contact us justin@philexi.com and we will be happy to track your package for you~!

There is No Refunds on Custom or Special Orders. You can’t cancel once we place the order from the factory. Please check all information carefully. All custom orders are non-returnable which includes non-standard stock items. WE HAVE A NO RETURN / NO REFUND POLICY ON ALL CUSTOM ORDERS. WE WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY RETURNS NOR ISSUE ANY REFUNDS. “No Cancellations!!!

The after-sales service policy of each product is different. We will indicate the after-sales service policy of each product when quoting.
